H2O4Life Reverse Osmosis System Giveaway 2025

THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF ONTARIO, CANADA AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW AND THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE "CONTEST RULES")

1. SPONSOR

The H2O4Life Reverse Osmosis System Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by H2O4Life, located at 100 King St. W, Suite 1500, Toronto, ON, Canada M5X 1C7 (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry, with the exception of employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other parties involved in the development, production, or dissemination of the Contest materials, and those living in the same household

By participating, entrants indicate they have read, understood, and agreed to these Contest Rules. Entrants who violate any of the Contest Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, participants must:

  1. a. Like the official giveaway post
    b. OPTIONAL: tag a friend in the comments for a bonus entry

  2. Follow H2O4Life on both Instagram and Facebook.

Each participant will get one (1) entry plus an additional entry for each friend they tag on the contest post. Any attempt to exceed this limit may result in disqualification. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from H2O4Life.

Please note that sharing or posting on your personal timeline does not qualify as an entry.

4. CONTEST DATES & TIMES

The Contest begins on May 12th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends on June 2nd, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.

5. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw on June 3rd, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

The selected entrant will be contacted within one (1) business day via the platform they entered on (Instagram or Facebook). To be declared the winner, they must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question and sign the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form.

If the selected entrant fails to respond within 48 hours, does not meet eligibility requirements, or fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be selected.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period.

7. CONTEST PRIZE

The winner will receive a Reverse Osmosis System from H2O4Life.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other product. Delivery will be arranged with the winner and fulfilled within 90 days of the draw date.

8. OTHER CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice in the event of technical issues or other factors that could impact its fairness or integrity.

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without further compensation.

9. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

The winner must sign a release form to:

  • Confirm compliance with the Contest Rules;
  • Accept the prize as awarded;
  • Release the Sponsor and its affiliates from liability relating to the Contest, participation, or prize use.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or any issues related to Contest administration.

10. PRIVACY

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of Contest administration and future marketing communications in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

This Contest is subject to and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes will be handled in Toronto, Ontario.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta and its platforms from all liability in connection with the Contest.
